I only amuse myself
Things I have been saying expressly to annoy Paul:
- Do these embryos make me look fat?
- Will you please change the channel? Crappy sci-fi isn't good for babies during the first trimester.
- (Pause, intake of breath, wondering tone) I'm pretty sure I just felt stirrings of life.

Brilliant! I have cried through most of what you've written. I'd like to tell you my tears were all for what you've been through, but plenty were me feeling sorry for myself. As you clearly know, it's a hard earned right to feel sorry for oneself. Anyway, I read the first on the list to annoy Paul and burst out laughing. So loud in fact that the cat is now hiding under the sofa and the dog has left the room. Thank you, I needed that!
